What's included

Our listed prices cover standard wall-mounted split systems with safe access, and they include attendance. Extra-unit pricing applies to units at the same property and visit.

Repairs, parts, refrigerant, blocked drains and severe contamination are quoted separately. If we find a problem while cleaning, we tell you and quote it before doing anything else.

Cleaning options

  • Indoor deep clean and sanitise $149 for the first unit, $99 for each extra unit at the same visit.

How much is a split system clean?

$129 for the first unit and $79 for each extra unit at the same visit, inc GST.

What is a deep clean?

An indoor deep clean and sanitise is $149 for the first unit and $99 for each extra unit at the same visit, inc GST.

Is there a separate call-out fee?

No. Listed clean and service prices include attendance.

Do you do repairs too?

Repairs, parts, refrigerant and blocked drains are quoted separately, before we do the work.

Is the work guaranteed?

Yes. We are licensed and insured (Queensland Electrical Contractor Licence 91200, $20 million public liability insurance), all work is done to Australian Standards (AS/NZS 3000), and our workmanship is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. We confirm the terms in your quote, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
