What commercial electrical work do you do?
Fit-outs, repairs and maintenance for offices, shops, workshops and hospitality, plus LED lighting upgrades, extra power and data points, test and tag, and emergency and exit lighting testing.
Can you work outside our trading hours?
Yes. Planned work can be booked outside trading hours so you can keep the doors open. After-hours surcharges apply, and we confirm them in the quote.
Do you do test and tag and exit light testing?
Yes. We test and tag appliances and leads to AS/NZS 3760, and inspect emergency and exit lights on a six-monthly and annual schedule with the results recorded in your logbook. See test and tag and emergency and exit lighting.
How is commercial work priced?
Small jobs are charged at our standard rates (standard attendance and the first hour is $149 inc GST, then $37.50 per 15 minutes). Fit-outs and larger jobs are quoted in writing after a site visit.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. We are licensed and insured (Queensland Electrical Contractor Licence 91200, $20 million public liability insurance), all work is done to Australian Standards (AS/NZS 3000), and our workmanship is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. We confirm the terms in your quote, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
