What strata and body corporate work do you do?
Common area and car park lighting, emergency and exit lighting, switchboards, repairs in common areas, and work inside units with access arranged through the building manager.
Can you quote for committee approval?
Yes. We give written quotes that committees can approve before any work starts.
Who is responsible for exit signs in a strata building?
The occupier is responsible. For common areas that is usually the body corporate, and for a tenancy it is usually the business. See our exit lighting guide.
Do you keep the inspection records?
Yes. We record each emergency and exit light inspection in the logbook and send you a copy.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. We are licensed and insured (Queensland Electrical Contractor Licence 91200, $20 million public liability insurance), all work is done to Australian Standards (AS/NZS 3000), and our workmanship is backed by our satisfaction guarantee.
